HUNGARY TRAVEL

Hungary is a country bordering to the west is Austria, to the north is Czech Republic, to the south are Croatia, Yugoslavia, and Rumania, and to the east is Ukraine. Hungary is grouped as east Europe, although Hungary is not the member of CIS. Hungary with the capital city of Budapest is one of the interesting city in east Europe that give the impression on the classical period of east Europe besides Prague, Sophia, Istanbul, and Belgrade. Two cities such as Debrecen and Szezeged are two main cities of Hungary having interesting for tourists preserving authentic art and architecture of east Europe, beside the country is one of the strong economically beside Czech Republic. Budapest, the capital city of Hungary is the center of economy, art and culture of Hungarian and become the point of relation between west and east Europe. Historically Hungary was unavoidably influenced by the great kingdom of Byzantine which were together with some ethnics such as the Bulgars, Serbs and other slavic group, until they were subject of the Turks under the Ottoman dynasty, and within short time all ethnics starting from Hungarians and all other slavic ethnics were under the radiation of Mongol - Muslim of Turks with the center at Constantinople ( now Istanbul ), yet the influencer ( Turks ) found that they way they consider their religion is just like their west counterpart, while those Slavic ethnics including Hungarian followed Roman Catholic, and had not any agreement with orthodox Eastern Church. Between 678 - 718 AD Hungary was under the rule of Turkish Islam kingdom under the Ottoman dynasty, and the kingdom of Islam reached their peak in 732 AD to include current land of Portugal and Spain to the west. At that time Islam under the Turks appreciate art. The spirit had born the most beautiful Mosque in the world such as Mosque ( now church ) in Granada and Istanbul. These spirit of Islam was not continued at the later time, and art become taboo which caused the steady downgrade of Islamic culture, to be centered only around Middle East and Near East. Hungary with the capital city of Budapest preserves the great history of the past and is very interesting place to visit just to appreciate the heritage or for study. Hungary is grouped as countries of East Europe in contrast to West Europe, and is one of the popular country for serious tourist who really want to appreciate the work of art and history.
